I was born in Guinea (West Africa), precisely in Kamsar. In short, I am a very passionate and dedicated professional who loves to get things done. I love building applications and programming them along to do meaningful actions. I also enjoy building websites and making them look nice with my own CSSs and JavaScript without the use of any frameworks for the sake of practicing and I also admire working on the little things that slowly brings up the finished product. But I also have experience working with frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC, .Net platform (Core included), Bootstrap, and many more. Other than that, I have worked as a Team Lead and Supervisor for a Valet company where I had to manage teams of about 25 max, depending on the size of the event. I have also worked as Residence Concierge, for the past 7 years, at prestigious places such as The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Toronto and The Ayer Condominiums in Philadelphia, where I was also a Concierge Lead and took on my Manager role when he was not on site. Dine Out is a web application that will help restaurants increase revenue by providing a safer dining environment and reducing the number of staff needed to run the front of house. Customers will be able to create their profiles and scan a specific QR code (specific to the restaurant) on their dining table and order at will while the whole experience is contactless and safe.
Proactively accommodating residents’ requests and day-to-day lives including reservations (restaurants, limos, getaways), mail pickup and delivery, coordination of services from both the Hotel and third parties. Handling requests promptly such as contractor’s visits and special demands. Sending daily report to staff members in order to keep the team up to date.
Directing team members strategically in order to park and return customers’ vehicles in a timely manner. Managing large team during major events in order to ensure successful guest experience.
